All rates include the sales and hotel taxes. The large lot prices are for Sections: A, B, D, E, F, and C 03 and C 04.
The small lot prices are for the C lots and F 17 and F 25.
A limited number of rental units are also available, please contact our office for more information.
Yearly Rates: Please call our office for these rates which are offered on a limited basis.
All sites feature full hookups, with 30/50 amp electrical service and Wi-Fi. Rental rates include electric, taxes, and administrative fees.

We are a pet friendly park (no charge) but we have a 2 pet limit without approval from the management. Of course all dogs must be walked on a leash to and from the dog walk areas and the beach.
